Use Freight Invoices to Support Repair Repayment
If you have an unpaid freight invoice from a broker or customer, we may be able to verify that invoice and use it to help repay your repair funding.
This is a repayment support option — not a standalone factoring product. The primary service is repair funding: TruckFix Capital pays your repair shop directly. Using a freight invoice is one way to help repay that funding, subject to verification and approval. Terms depend on risk, documentation, and broker/customer verification.
When This Option May Help
Documents Needed
- Freight invoice
- Rate confirmation
- Signed BOL/POD
- Broker/customer name
- Broker/customer AP email and phone
- Load number
- Expected payment date
- W-9
- Authorization to verify payment details
Broker/Customer Verification
To use a freight invoice for repayment, TruckFix Capital will need to verify the invoice with the broker or customer. This may include:
- Contacting the broker or customer AP department
- Confirming the invoice amount and pay date
- Verifying rate confirmation and BOL/POD
- Requesting a notice of assignment to be acknowledged
- Confirming no offsets, disputes, or holds on the payment
Notice of Assignment
Assignment of the freight invoice may be required as part of the repayment structure. This means the broker or customer would be directed to pay TruckFix Capital rather than you directly. Full details are disclosed in the agreement before funding.
Pricing and Terms
Pricing and repayment terms depend on invoice risk, broker/customer verification, invoice age, documentation, repair amount, and repayment structure. Final terms are disclosed before funding.
This option is not advertised as factoring or as a standalone financial product. It is a repayment support feature for approved repair funding deals only.
