How Repair Funding Works
A transparent, step-by-step process from repair estimate to truck release. No surprises — terms are disclosed before any funding.
Submit Repair Bill
Driver or repair shop submits the repair estimate or invoice through the online application form.
- Have your repair estimate or invoice ready
- Include the repair shop name and contact
- Provide the truck VIN and repair description
- Repair shop may also submit a referral on your behalf
Upload Documents
Driver provides business information, ID, insurance, income proof, and repayment details.
- Driver license or government-issued ID
- Business name and MC/DOT number
- Commercial insurance documentation
- Recent settlement statements or proof of income
- Bank information for ACH repayment
- Freight invoice documents if using invoice repayment
We Verify
We verify the repair shop, truck, business activity, income, and any freight invoice used for repayment.
- Repair shop license and invoice verification
- Truck VIN and insurance check
- Business activity and income verification
- Freight invoice and broker/customer verification (if applicable)
- Identity and document verification
Review Terms
Qualified applicants receive clear terms before funding.
- Funding amount and any required down payment
- Repayment method and schedule
- Fees and total repayment amount
- Assignment terms if using freight invoice
- No funding until terms are signed and agreed to
Shop Gets Paid
If approved and signed, TruckFix Capital pays the repair shop directly.
- Payment goes to the repair shop, not the driver
- Shop releases the truck upon payment
- Driver is not responsible for paying the shop directly
- Payment timing depends on verification and agreement
Driver Gets Moving
The driver gets the truck released and repays according to the signed agreement.
- Truck released from the repair shop
- Driver repays through ACH, freight invoice, or other approved method
- Repayment schedule and terms are in the signed agreement
- Freight invoice payments may be directed to TruckFix Capital if assigned
